Daily Routine
Time Event
0400 Nicholas wakes up.
0415 Nicholas has a smoothie and preps for his morning workout.
0430-0630 Nicholas joins the Marines for a workout.
0630 Nicholas showers & gets ready for his shift
0645 Nicholas has breakfast at the Cafeteria on the Deck with his Office on it.
0700 Morning Muster with the Counseling Staff in Counselor Troi's Office. She goes over assigned sessions for the day and also training that must be completed.
0745 Nicholas goes to his office and preps for his day.
0800-1400 Nicholas' Office Hours and Sessions
1200-1230 Lunch Break
1400-1600 Nicholas does his scheduled training assignments
1600-1830 Nicholas helps out in Sickbay or on Security Cases that need a Forensic Psychologist's attention.
1830-1930 Dinner
1930-2030 Department Head Meeting - I take this time to meet with Counselor Troi to discuss Duty Roster, Performance Evaluations, and General Workday stuff.
2030-2200 Personal Time
2200-0400 Sleep
* During a Red Alert Situation/Emergency Nicholas would report to the Medical Aid Station on the Deck he is on, since he has the Field Medic training.
