Morning Workout Routine

LOCATION: Deck 8 / "Marine Country" / Marine Gym
TIME/DAY: 0430 / Monday - Saturday


   Nicholas' morning exercise routine starts Monday-Saturday at 0400 when he wakes up, puts on his workout gear and has a quick smoothie at the Deck 9 Cafeteria for some energy.  He then heads towards the Marine Gym on Deck 8.  The group starts with a warm-up session and then it is off to the daily body-focused routine.

MONDAY: Full Body + Yoga + Cardio
TUESDAY: Upper Body + Core + Cardio
WEDNESDAY: Upper Body + Lower Body
THURSDAY: Core + Lower Body
FRIDAY: Mok'Bara Workout + Cardio
SATURDAY: Full Body + Yoga
SUNDAY: Rest Day

   The workout sessions start zero-four-thirty and it lasts for two hours.  Nicholas then returns to his quarters to shower and get ready for his office hours & day.
